Have you placed an order via our webshop, but accidentally made a mistake? Please respond as soon as you receive the order confirmation by email by replying to this email and reporting your desired change. If the package has not yet been sent, we will of course be happy to make this change or cancellation.
Yes, SNURK ships worldwide. Make sure you order the correct duvet cover size by selecting the correct flag at the top of the page.
If a specific size cannot be selected, this unfortunately means that this variant is sold out and will no longer be in stock.

If you have accidentally placed a duplicate order via the webshop, please let us know as soon as possible. As soon as you receive the order confirmations via email, respond by replying to one of these confirmations and letting them know that you accidentally ordered twice. If the package has not yet been sent, we will of course cancel your second order.
Within a few minutes after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox. Have you not received an order confirmation? The email may have ended up in the spam box or junk mail folder. If the order confirmation is indeed in spam, please add our email address to your list of safe senders. Yes, you can pay for your order afterwards with Klarna. Once you have placed your order in our webshop, you will receive an invoice via Klarna. You can then make the payment to Klarna within 14 days. Klarna carries out a check on your personal data during the payment process. If your request for post-payment is not authorized by Klarna, you can still pay for your order using another payment method. We do our best to deliver your order to you within 2-3 working days.
We try to keep the range in stock as completely as possible, but unfortunately this is not always possible. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks.
Shipping is free within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany from €50. Below €50 you pay €4.95 in shipping costs.
Outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany you always pay fixed shipping costs. France: €6.95 Australia: €19.95 Other countries: €14.95
Yes, that's possible. As soon as we have submitted your order to GLS, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the delivery of your package.
Yes, you can enter a different shipping address than your billing address. For example, you can have your order delivered to your work or to someone else (for example if it is a gift). Have you already placed your order, but are you not at home on delivery day? The evening before your package is delivered, you will receive an email from GLS in which you can also choose to have the package delivered to a collection point.
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Please note that all countries have different duvet cover sizes, so you order the correct size. For orders to Russia you can order through our friends at SNURK Russia via their website snurkrussia.ru. For orders to the USA you can order through our friends at SNURK USA via their website snurkliving.com.
Of course, we sincerely apologize if your order is delivered incomplete. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure that the missing item is sent as soon as possible.
Returns & exchanges
That can happen. Provided you have not yet removed the product from the packaging and washed it, you may exchange it within 60 days of purchase. Not happy, money back. Your order will come with a returns form with return instructions.

Yes that is possible. Please note: returning sale items is not free. We charge a personal contribution of €4.95 for this.
Returns are free within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Returning items from other countries is at your own expense.
When returning your SNURK, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the order was paid.
SNURK products are made for you with love and attention. Every product is subject to a legal warranty, which means that a product must do or be what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it. If you have a complaint about an item, we would of course like to resolve this with you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This is also possible if you purchased a SNURK product in another store or webshop.
There is no warranty on products where damage has occurred due to incorrect use or treatment, wear and tear after frequent use or in the event of suspected misuse of the warranty.
Each SNURK is made with the utmost care. If you discover damage or other errors, please email email@example.com. We read your objections and assess them. If everything points to a poorly produced product, you can return it at our expense and you will receive a new one. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on issues that occurred during an incorrect wash.
Questions about bedding

Our bedding is made from 100% cotton. But cotton comes in many types and qualities. SNURK exclusively uses percale and percale cotton, depending on the print. This means that at least 160 counts per inch have been processed (min. 220 counts for percale). This indicates a weave density that is higher than average cotton bedding (100 counts). SNURK cotton is therefore more durable, softer and more flexible. We also offer part of our range in flannel cotton. Flannel is a type of cotton with a different weaving technique than normal cotton. It is made of loosely spun yarn, woven in a twill weave. In addition, flannel is slightly roughened, creating a down-like layer. This layer ensures that the material feels wonderfully soft and provides extra warmth. The secret of our flannel lies in the fact that we roughen the fabric on both sides, so it is twice as soft and warm! Flannel bedding is perfect for the cold winter months.
In the Netherlands and Belgium the standard pillow size is 60 x 70 cm. The pillowcases that come with our duvet covers are 60 x 70 cm and fit exactly around a standard pillow. Would you like a different pillowcase size? Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
No, only from Le-Clochard, Le-Trottoir, Paper Zoo and Crane Birds. A large portion of the proceeds from Le-Clochard and Le-Trottoir go to the Stichting Zwerfjongeren Nederland and Off Road Kids Germany. We have already donated more than €99,150 to SZN and Off Road Kids. (update January 2023)
And for every SNURK x Amsterdam UMC Crane Birds and Paper Zoo duvet sold, €1 goes to Cancer Center Amsterdam, where research is conducted into cancer medicines and better treatment methods (update January 2023: € 11,500).

All our pillowcases can also be ordered separately in our webshop. With the duvet cover, you can only select a loose pillowcase in the size selection at the bottom. Is it not listed for your duvet cover? Send an email to email@example.com.
This is done by means of screen printing. This creates a very sharp image that remains nice and smooth because the ink is pressed directly into the cotton. We also print more and more of our duvet covers digitally, which ensures an even sharper and more realistic print.
Certainly. If you turn the duvet cover inside out before washing (at max. 40 degrees), the image will remain beautiful even after frequent washing. Our bedding can also be put in the dryer. The packaging of the bedding also contains extensive washing advice.
