Delivery & Returns
We really do our best to make every SNURK customer happy. With quality products and good service. Of course, things sometimes go wrong or there are things that could be improved. If we do not notice this ourselves, please let us know via shop@snurkamsterdam.com.
Delivery time
A delivery time is stated for each product. Don't forget to select the size you want first. If the products you choose are in stock and you order before 3:00 PM on workdays, you will receive your package most likely the next working day (when you are in the Netherlands).. If you want to order a product that is not in stock, the delivery time is 2 weeks. It means that stock of this product has temporarily run out, but a new one has already been ordered and is on its way from the factory in Portugal. Have you ordered multiple products and does one or more of those products have a longer delivery time? We will then wait to ship until your entire order is complete.
Returns
Do you want to return something? This is possible within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for free and up to 60 days after receipt of your purchase*. You simply follow the steps on the return form and return the item in its original condition (unwashed!).
Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement size, color or print, please place another order in our online store.

Step-by-step return shipment:
1. Pack the items in the original packaging.
2. Go to snurk.returnless.com
3. Enter your reference number and email address.
4. Answer the questions about your return request.
5. Print the shipping label and stick it on the package.
6. Deliver to the parcel shop of your choice.
*Please note: returns from the sale are not free, we charge a personal contribution of € 4.95 for this.

Shipping Costs
For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, shipping costs are free from €50 and up. Below this you pay €4.95 within the Netherlands and Belgium. Returns within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are always free (with the exception of sale items).
Free SNURK fabric samples
Online shopping is a solution for the hardworking, busy person. It's just a shame that you can't see or feel the material 'live'. Maybe you still have doubts about the color or wonder how that flannel feels (really super soft by the way). That is why we will be happy to send you a free fabric sample. Send an email to shop@snurkamsterdam.com with your name, address and any desired print (only for bedding) and we and the postman will do the rest.
