Delivery & Returns
We really do our best to make every SNURK customer happy. With quality products and good service. Of course, things sometimes go wrong or there are things that could be improved. If we do not notice this ourselves, please let us know via shop@snurkamsterdam.com.
Delivery time
A delivery time is listed with each product. Remember to select your desired size first. If your chosen products are in stock and you order on working days before 3 p.m., you will receive your package the next working day. If you want to order a product that is not in stock, the delivery time is 2 weeks. It means that this product is temporarily out of stock, but a new one has already been ordered and is on its way from the factory in Portugal. Have you ordered multiple products and one or more of those products has a longer delivery time? Then we will wait with shipping until your entire order is complete.
Sometimes products are temporarily 'out of stock', but they can already be ordered. The estimated delivery time will be listed with the product. This mean a new one is already ordered and on its way from the factory in Portugal. If it really says sold out, then it is often truly sold out, especially for clothing. However, you can subscribe to these products by email in case do unexpectly come back. Have you ordered multiple products and one or more of those products has a longer delivery time? Then we will wait with shipping until your entire order is complete.
Returns
Want to return something? This is possible within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany free of charge and up to 60 days after receipt of your purchase*. You follow the steps on the return form and return the item in its original condition (unwashed!). Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement size, color or print, please place a new order through our webshop.No return form found with your shipment, or is it lost? Send an e-mail to shop@snurkamsterdam.com.
Return process - step by step
1. Pack the items in the original packaging.
2. Go to snurk.returnless.com
3. Vul je referentienummer en e-mailadres in. Deze begint met #.
4. Answer the questions about your return request.
5. Print out the shipping label and stick it on the parcel.
6. Drop off at parcelshop of your choice.

Shipping costs
For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, shipping costs are free from €50. Below that you pay €4,95 within the Netherlands and Belgium. Returns within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are always free (except for sale items).
Free SNURK fabric samples
Online shopping is a godsend for the hard-working, busy person. It's just a pity you can't see or feel the fabric 'live'. Maybe you still have doubts about the color or you wonder what flannel feels like (really super soft by the way). That's why we are happy to send you a free fabric sample. Just send an email to shop@snurkamsterdam.com with your name, address and any desired print (only for bedding) and we and the letter carrier will do the rest.
Free SNURK Bedding Tailoring Service
SNURK Amsterdam collaborates with a social workshop. On request, they sew special sizes or finishes bedding. They can for example put a zipper at the bottom of the cover, because you don't like a long, open tuck-in strip, or you would like to have a pillowcase narrowed. Would you prefer a foreign bedding size? We might be able to help you out, or we perhaps might even have one in stock.
