We really do our best to make every SNURK customer happy — with quality products and good service. Of course, sometimes things can still go wrong or there may be room for improvement. If we haven’t noticed something ourselves, please let us know at shop@snurkamsterdam.com.

Want to return something?
Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, returns are free* up to 60 days after receiving your purchase. Follow the steps below and return the item in its original condition (unwashed).
Items can only be returned for a refund. Want a different size, colour or print? Please place a new order through our webshop.
Did you order a set but only want to return one item from it? Simply register the entire set in the return portal and mention in the comments field that you're returning just one item — we’ll take care of the rest.

Didn’t find a return form in your parcel, or did it get lost? No worries — with your reference number and email address you can request it again.

Return steps

  1. Pack the items in the original packaging.
  2. Go to snurk.returnless.com.
  3. Enter your reference number (starts with #) and your email address.
  4. Answer the questions about your return request.
  5. Print the shipping label and attach it to the parcel.
  6. Drop off the parcel at a parcel shop of your choice.

Please note: For returns of sale items we charge a fee of € 4.95.

Refund

Once your return has arrived and been processed, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days. You will automatically receive a notification.


Want to return items from other countries?
This is possible up to 60 days after receiving your purchase.
Returning items from other countries is at your own expense.
